Religious Education
Religious Education classes meet on Wednesday from 4:00 until 5:00 PM. Each school year the classes begin in September and end in April. Classes are taught by Immaculate Conception School teachers and the curriculum is based on the Archdiocese's school goals for religious education.
Classes for the 2010-2011 school year begin on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 4:00 PM.
Religious Education Registration for the 2010-2011 school year will take place on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 from 3:30PM to 5:00 PM and Sunday, September 12, 2010 from 10:30 AM until noon in the religious education office located in the school. Signs will be posted to direct you to the location. Immaculate Conception Parish policy states that students entering grade two First Communion class must have completed grade one religious education and students entering grade eight Confirmation class must have completed grades six and seven religious education classes and fulfilled all preparation requirements.
Enrollment for students is for parishioners first. All others will be placed on a waiting list. New families should bring their parish envelope packet as proof of parishioner status. Additionally a copy of the Baptismal certificate is required for all new students baptized at a church other than Immaculate Conception Parish. Baptismal month and year are required for children baptized here at Immaculate Conception Parish.
